Our History
Sharon Koifman founded DistantJob over 15 years ago as the world’s first Remote Recruitment Agency. DistantJob made a name for itself as a top recruitment agency for IT, tech, and software development positions. But in truth, it hired for all kinds of other roles, either for internal positions or as a favor for our best clients. HRLuv is DistantJob making that recruitment superpower available to every North American company.
